Creative tribes: Understanding industry-wide behavioural patterns

Ceative professionals have higher neurodivergence representation, place lower emphasis on authority, and are more susceptible to burnout. Yet most companies force them into corporate systems designed for accountants and lawyers clogging a major artery that makes creative work, well, creative.

While some Creative Leaders know their teams work differently, they may lack a framework to design, and internally upsell, environments that actually drive creative excellence.
